Replacement Warranty:
ARC DEHOOKER warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a lifetime to the original owner of the product. You are entitled to exchange a defective ARC DEHOOKER if ARC DEHOOKER determines the product to be defective during the warranty period. ARC DEHOOKER will bear the cost of replacement product exchanged for defective product, excluding shipping. ARC DEHOOKER reserves the right to make the final decision on all warranty claims. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other written or oral warranties or contractual agreements not expressly set forth herein, whether expressed or implied by operation of law or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
